IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL PARTICIPATION IN A SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM:
All summer camp payments are non-refundable (except in the form of an account credit to be used toward future programming).  These refunds will be provided ONLY if the cancellation takes place BEFORE April 1. INCLEMENT WEATHER:

In the event of inclement weather, STAGES will notify families of cancellation via email and Facebook. Please note – if the Portland Public Schools are closed specifically due to actively inclement weather, STAGES will automatically be closed.

If a rehearsal is cancelled due to inclement weather, STAGES will issue an account credit of $10.00 to be used toward a future program (only one cancellation account credit per student, per program, per semester).
